All returns or exchanges must be returned in like brand new condition, with the original package, and a copy of your original invoice. Mebo Bath has the right to refuse any returned items that have no package, are damaged, scratched, or have been Installed or used. The shipping cost for no reason return should be paid by the customer.

One year limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), or other acts of nature.
